What should be noted in the maintenance and care of W Series Line Track Rollers Bearing?

1. Lubrication Management
W Series Line Track Rollers Bearing recommends the use of lithium-based grease for lubrication.Low-viscosity oil lubrication can be selected for light load or high-speed scenarios. Grease with additives should be selected for heavy load or high-pressure environments to enhance pressure resistance. Avoid mixing lubricants of different properties to avoid lubrication failure or material corrosion. It is recommended to replenish grease every 6 months under standard working conditions. High-intensity working conditions can be shortened to maintenance every 3 months, or forced lubrication when the cumulative running distance reaches 1,000 kilometers.

2. Cleaning and Dust Prevention
Wipe the surface dirt regularly with a dust-free cloth. Use kerosene or special cleaning agents to remove old grease in case of heavy pollution. Corrosive solvents are prohibited. Blow dry or air dry naturally after cleaning to ensure that the bearing is dry before relubrication. If the W Series Linear Roller Bearing is equipped with a rubber seal, the sealing should be checked regularly to prevent dust or particles from invading the raceway.

3. Wear inspection and fault prediction
Abnormal temperature rise may indicate insufficient lubrication or overload. When abnormal noise or low-frequency vibration increases, an ultrasonic detector is required to check for raceway damage or ball jam. If the grease changes color or contains metal debris, it is necessary to clean and replace the lubricant immediately. Regularly disassemble and inspect the W-shaped groove on the roller surface to observe whether there are scratches, peeling or deformation, and replace the worn parts in time. Use professional tools (such as a micrometer) to measure the clearance between the shaft and the roller to ensure that the tolerance is within the allowable range.
